What we collect
Your name, email and phone number; your order details and files; messages with support and your writer; and payment references (we never see or store full card numbers).
Why we collect it
- To deliver your orders and contact you about them.
- To take payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve the website, using anonymous analytics.
Who sees it
Writers see only your order instructions and files, never your name or contact details. Payment providers (Safaricom M-Pesa, Stripe, PayPal) receive what they need to process your payment. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as your account is open and as required for tax and accounting. Ask us to delete your account at any time from the contact page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
