The rules for using this website and placing orders.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them with our fair-use, refund and privacy policies.
1. The service
We provide custom-written model papers, research assistance and editing. Papers are delivered as study aids and reference material.
2. Your responsibilities
- Give complete and accurate instructions, including any files your tutor provided.
- Use delivered work in line with your institution's academic integrity rules (see our fair-use policy).
- Keep your account login private.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown on the order form is the price you pay. The deadline starts when payment is confirmed. Prices may change for new orders but never for an order you have paid.
4. Delivery, revisions and approval
We deliver to your account by the deadline. You can request free revisions within 14 days of delivery for changes that are within your original instructions. Orders are approved automatically if you don't respond within the period shown on your order page.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our money-back guarantee. Approved refunds go to your wallet straight away, or back to your original payment method on request.
6. Accounts
We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of staff or writers, or chargebacks on delivered work.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that order.
