Reviews
Only clients with a completed order can leave a review. We publish every approved review, including the low scores, so you can judge for yourself.
New here?
We are a young service, so verified reviews are still coming in. Read how reviews work below, or ask in the chat to see sample papers in your subject.
No published reviews yet. Reviews appear here as clients complete their orders. Until then, you can read sample papers, check how we test writers, or ask us anything in the chat.
How reviews work
Rules that keep the ratings on this page honest.
Verified orders only
The review button appears on an order page once the order is completed. There is no way to post a review without a real, paid order.
Low scores stay up
We only remove reviews that include personal details, abuse or spam. A bad score is never a reason to hide a review.
Ratings shape writer levels
Each review counts toward the writer's rating, which decides their level and which orders they can take.
Names are shortened
We show the first name and last initial only, so you can review honestly without being identified.
One review per order
Each completed order can be reviewed once, by the client who placed it.
Writers see their feedback
Writers read the comments on their work, so specific feedback helps the next paper too.
If you are not happy with a paper
Tell us before you approve it. Most problems are fixed with a free revision.
Ask for a revision
From your order page, explain what needs changing. Changes within your original instructions are free.
Talk to support
If the revision still misses the mark, open a support ticket and a manager will review the order.
Claim a refund
Under our money-back guarantee you can ask for a full or partial refund. Approved refunds go to your wallet straight away.
Our promises, in writing
If we fall short on any of these, you can claim it from your account in two clicks.
Money back
If we miss your deadline or the paper doesn't follow your instructions, ask for a full or partial refund from your order page.
Free revisions
Changes within your original instructions are free for 14 days after delivery.
Original work
Every paper is written from scratch for you and checked for plagiarism before you receive it.
Private by default
Writers never see your name or contact details, and we never share or resell your paper.
